Instructions

There will be pauses in the recording in order to attend to
what is being presented.

Meditation

  • Sit quietly with an open heart, with an open mind.
  • Have a teacher that has pointed you in the direction of awakened mind to appear.
  • Feel the teacher’s presence.
  • Feel in your heart how you have been touched. 
  • Bow to this teacher with genuine gratitude and respect. 
  • Allow another teacher to appear and acknowledge that person with a deep bow of gratitude and respect.
  • Continue to allow teachers to appear and generate profound gratitude and respect with a bow. 
  • Place all the teachers that you have acknowledged in front of you and bow to their wisdom and immeasurable compassion.
