- Rest with an intention.
- Do any positive attitudes arise naturally from resting with an intention to meditate?
- Connect with your heart’s desire to be of benefit for yourself and others.
- Rest with a longing to be able to manifest qualities that enhance peoples’ lives.
- Rest with an open heart and mind creating the space to manifest beneficial qualities.
