  • The action of meditating springs from your intention. 
  • Sit quietly.
  • Contemplate the question, “What is my intention for meditating?” 
  • Focus your attention with the question, “What supports my commitment and intention to meditate?”
  • Pause this recording to repeat these questions as many times as needed. Then hit play again. “What is my intention for meditating?” “What supports my commitment and intention to meditate?” 
  • Rest with an intention. 
  • Do any positive attitudes arise naturally from resting with an intention to meditate? 
  • Connect with your heart’s desire to be of benefit for yourself and others. 
  • Rest with a longing to be able to manifest qualities that enhance peoples’ lives. 
  • Rest with an open heart and mind creating the space to manifest beneficial qualities.
