Meditation
- Rest the mind free and easy.
- Rest free of any attempt to control or alter the mind’s nature.
- There is nothing to be removed, there is nothing to be added.
- No need to improve on what is already present.
- Rest free from seeking for something to be negated.
- Rest free from seeking to construct something.
- Rest free from seeking for something to hold on to.
- Rest free from seeking anything at all.
- Rest free from pursuing anything at all.
- Remain free from achieving a certain state.
- Rest free and easy.
After Meditation
- Have you come to the realization that the true nature of mind cannot be created or recreated.
- Are you bound by “seeking” during meditation?
- How well can you remain in doing nothing?
During the Day
Take moments during the day to be with experience free from controlling or manipulating the experience.
