- Is there a “knowing” that you are resting in recognizing the nature of the mind?
- Let the mind rest.
After Meditation
- Come up with your own short pointing out the nature of mind that enables you to directly experience the mind as it is.
- It will help support you in directly experiencing the mind as it is rather than only having an intellectual understanding.
During the Day
Use your way of pointing out the nature of mind throughout the day.
